Tutoring Services
Northern Tutoring provides educational tutoring and academic support services. Tutoring sessions are intended to help students improve their understanding of course material, develop problem-solving skills, and prepare for assessments and examinations. The student remains responsible for completing their own schoolwork, assignments, tests, and examinations and for following the academic policies of their school or educational institution.
Booking and Payment
Tutoring sessions are subject to availability. Payment arrangements, rates, session duration, and scheduling details will be communicated when tutoring is arranged.
Where lessons are prepaid, payment reserves the agreed tutoring time. Northern Tutoring may change rates or scheduling policies from time to time. Any changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated in advance where applicable.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, please provide as much notice as possible. Northern Tutoring will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, but alternative times cannot always be guaranteed.
Sessions cancelled with insufficient notice or missed without notice may be charged in full. If Northern Tutoring needs to cancel a scheduled session, the session will be rescheduled or any payment made specifically for that session will be credited or refunded, as appropriate. Any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected by this policy.
Digital Products
Northern Tutoring may offer downloadable worksheets, question banks, study materials, solutions, guides, and other digital educational resources. Because digital products can normally be accessed immediately after purchase, purchases of downloadable materials are generally considered final once access to the product has been provided, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law. If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased file, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the material.
Personal-Use Licence
Unless otherwise stated, digital educational materials purchased or downloaded from Northern Tutoring are provided for the purchaser's personal educational use only.
You may download, save, and print copies for your own personal study.
